MOTIVATION

What does motivation mean to you? Who is your motivation? What is your motivation? These are questions that people are not always asked. Sometimes when we are on the path to success we tend to lose  focus on the prize and the main way to keep that focus is for us to have a motivator. This can be anything. An event in life, a person, even a song can keep someone walking straight on their narrow path towards there goals, dreams, and aspirations. Overcoming adversity is never an easy task but it is one that can be accomplished. As it is said "You have to break a few shells before you can make an omelet."   I prefer to say "You have to break down a few barriers before you can truly be free."

There will be distractions on your journey towards success and its your choice whether or not you will allow those distractions to deviate you from your ultimate goal. Distractions can range from insignificant things to drastic occurences. A major distraction can be the influence of people. A lot of times there are people in the world who are not out for our best intrest and unfortunately some of them can be "FRIENDS" or "FAMILY". Do not for one second think that at all times the people who are in your life always want the best for you or are going to uplift you when you need them the most. There will be those who will say until they are blue in the face that you will not make anything out of yourself (FAMILY) and there will be those who will ask you why do you bother trying to succeed due to where you come from and may try and persuade you to do certain things that will be detrimental to you (FRIENDS). The best choice is to know who is who and as someone told me over and over throughout my life "CHOOSE YOUR FRIENDS WISELY." Because at the end of the day, when these people try to knock you down once you finally do make it there will just be you and the people who were always there for you. Be strong my people and as Kid Cudi said ALWAYS WALK WITH THE HEART OF A LION. Peace and Love ya'll.
