WAYNE DANCING LMAOO

DREAMS BY LANGSTON HUGHES

Hold fast to dreams

For if dreams die

Life is a broken-winged bird

That cannot fly.

Hold fast to dreams

For when dreams go

Life is a barren field

Frozen with snow.

Langston Hughes

AS I GREW OLDER BY LANGSTON HUGHES

It was a long time ago.

I have almost forgotten my dream.

But it was there then,

In front of me,

Bright like a sun--

My dream.

And then the wall rose,

Rose slowly,

Slowly,

Between me and my dream.

Rose until it touched the sky--

The wall.

Shadow.

I am black.

I lie down in the shadow.

No longer the light of my dream before me,

Above me.

Only the thick wall.

Only the shadow.

My hands!

My dark hands!

Break through the wall!

Find my dream!

Help me to shatter this darkness,

To smash this night,

To break this shadow

Into a thousand lights of sun,

Into a thousand whirling dreams

Of sun!

Langston Hughes

KNOWLEDGE. REIGNS. SUPREME. OVER. NEARLY. EVERYONE.

Who could have said it better than THE TEACHER. KRS is the innovator. Knowledge truly does reign supreme over nearly everyone because knowledge can be obtatined by all. The power of knowledge is one of those aspects of life that are ever growing and ever changing. It can be passed on from generation to generation and can never hurt but only help. As a great man told me "KNOWLEDGE THATS WITHHELD IS IGNORANCE". It can be said that the power of knowledge is an unbreakable bond between a teacher and student with the teacher not necessarily having to be a school teacher. A teacher can be a mentor, motivational speaker, parent, an idol (a respectable idol), or even someone in the same age group. In the long run always continue to spread the knowledge..just like the planet knowledge..REVOLVES
